Anonymous “I never write reviews but decided to because of my terrible experience. They are the most unprofessional terrible company. On the day I needed my car picked up they decided to simply not show up. I called and someone assured me that someone would be there within the hour. The next called I received was from the driver trying to coordinate pick up for the next day. They were also just as rude as they were incompetent. Do not ship your car with them!”

Carrie “They picked up my customers 2019 Porsche Cayenne from NY to CA. They picked up a car on different truck took the car to Pennsylvania , then loaded it on another truck to transport it to CA. When car arrived to CA car came with broken oil pan, this car had only 30 miles on it . At delivery driver told customer , I don't know anything about it. We call dispatch they told us to pay the driver and they will file a claim with insurance company. Customer fixed the car, total cost was $2250. We contacted insurance to file a claim, there response was company denying claim because they have $2500 deductible. Contacted Zen again keep telling us that its not there fault. On top of all this they refused to pay back $150 broker fee to us. This company is very dishonest, Bad customer service, Very Rude. I would NOT recommend them at ALL. Please do your research before you hire them to move your car. BAD EXPERIENCE”

stan “I had my vehicle transported from Seattle, Washington to Maryland by Zen Auto Transport. Upon delivery (in my presence) the driver of the transport “rig” got the lower part of my front bumper caught onto a part of his ramp which pushed my bumper in causing it to deform and rip off paint.
Fast forward I spoke to Sasha Margasak (a manager at Zen Auto Transport) who proceeded to deny my allegations (even though she wasn’t even there when this occurred) and towards the end of our phone conversation she told me to “F’ off” and hung up the phone.
Be careful when choosing Auto Transport Providers. Especially when you’re working with Zen Auto Transport because they will deny any liability if your car is damaged in the transport, loading, and/or unloading process. Thus leaving you stuck with the repair bill.”
