The pick up date was delayed once but the vehicle was promptly picked up on the second scheduled date. I was informed of the delay in good and timely manner. The vehicle arrived on time and in good condition. I did not use the satellite tracking but I would absolutely, should I ever find myself in need of auto transport services.
