“Bad faith, poor communication:
After picking car up later than promised, without notice; then not communicating delivery date, they have tried to insist on cash on delivery. When contacted they said the contract stated it. It did not. They tried to unilaterally change it. They cursed at me, lied to me, and hung up on me. I will report the car stolen.”

“Very unhappy with the service from West Coast Auto Transport Service. My car delivery was delayed several times with no explanation or communication. I had to pay an exorbitant fee to extend a car rental day-of when my car didn't show up and no one had called to let me know ahead of time. Surely you know by Tuesday that a car isn't going to show up on Wednesday, if the new delivery window is Saturday or maybe Sunday. (Turned out to be Monday, a full 2 weeks after being picked up). Definitely wouldn't use them again. ”
“They are actually car THIEVES I had to call the police to find my car after they stole it. Only go with AMERICAN English speaking companies accredited by the BBB now. I was devastated when they stole my Car. I file a BBB complaint and an attorney general complaint. Also letting the IRS know they take cash in order not to pay taxes.”
