USAG BENELUX/SHAPE is not in the continental United States. The politically correct term for this is "outside of the continental United States" (OCONUS). Because of this, if your PCS is to this base, you are permitted to haul at no cost to the United States government.

When you receive your PCS, the first thing you should do is talk to your officer about your upcoming relocation. Following that, you can engage a third-party mover to deliver other personal possessions to the installation.

Military Motorcar Moving

If you want to export a bike abroad, understand that the authorities will only cover the costs for one POV bike. The most significant criterion is that the officer or a member of his or her immediate family holds ownership of the bike being transferred.

You will be accountable for the expense of moving an additional motorcycle; but, before you begin, consult your TO to understand any exporting restrictions. You will require documentation and proof that you own the motorcycle and have the legal authorization to dispatch it.
