I had to leave Tennessee due to my school and could really use my car. I wasn’t sure about shipping it, so I was quite nervous. I searched for a company for almost a week before I finally found A1 Auto Transport. It seemed to have to greatest number of happy customers, so I felt I could trust them.

Joe helped a lot with setting up the transport, contacting me and keeping me informed all the way. The delivery date was set on Monday, but I really wanted it to arrive on Sunday, so I may use it to commute.

After telling the driver my situation, he was super ok in that he managed to get my car on Sunday evening. Superb customer service if I’ve ever seen one! I definitely got what I paid for. The pickup was done on time, my car arrived on time, the staff was super attentive, I loved the customer service, and my car arrived intact. I’m extremely happy with the service I got and will recommend it to everyone I can. Thanks a ton!
