You agree that A1 AUTO TRANSPORT does not have any liability for any delays, omissions, inaccuracies, or failures relating to products or services not directly provided by A1 AUTO TRANSPORT. You agree that access and use of the A1 AUTO TRANSPORT Site and the Materials is at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for the information transmitted. Suppose any provision of this agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid. In that case, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this agreement remain in full force and effect.

By sending information, you grant A1 AUTO TRANSPORT a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to reproduce, use, modify, publish, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. By submitting information, you also represent and warrant that the content is accurate; you own or have permission to use the content that you submit, and that use of the content will not cause injury to any person or entity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A1 AUTO TRANSPORT and all its agents for any liability arising from your submitted information.

A1 Auto Transport is a trademark and may be used publicly only with express written permission.
