Anonymous “Classic bait and switch, they had my car booked for 5 days before anything was even done, and the only reason they even did anything was because I called for a update and when I did I was not assisted at all, blown off and treated like trash. I called back and asked for a manager, I spoke to Joe who I suggested should review their recorded message for training purposes and train his associates. In the end someone else called me and said they could pick up my vehicle that day but it would be a extra $160.00, they had already wasted 5 days. I said yes, but I expressed to them that I was not happy. In the end I did not even get a apology fro the inferior customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere you will be treated right.
