Preparing your car for Shipment

• If the vehicle is leased, you'll need a letter from the leasing company authorizing the vehicle's exportation.
• Make sure you have a valid driver's license, proof of ownership (title and registration), and a photo ID.
• If your permanent change of station is to a remote location, contact your VPC before shipping.
• Upon delivery to the VPC, you must have a complete set of keys in your possession. Keep a full set of duplicate keys in your possession when you pick up your POV.

Military Motorcycle Shipping

Motorcycles are not permitted on every base, so check with your transportation officer before shipping or driving one down there.
