We changed our pick-up location just 2 days before the shipment, and the change did not affect the degree of professionalism we received; but, rather, the change was implemented smoothly and acknowledged by email. We did not use the GPS tracking service only because we were on the road at the same time our vehicle shipment was on the road. We would have used it otherwise.
