Moving has certain conditions that make delivery a possibility. You must prove that you are personnel or connected to the military. Eligibility to your claim and the right to move the automobile has to be proved as well. Hence, you will need to provide the following:

• An identification card. It will certify your identity and build trust.
• Your PCS order. A copy will serve as proof of sponsorship by the Government.
• Proof of Ownership or Permission of Lease from your lease company. If you own the vehicle, you can provide the license registration of the automobile. However, a leased auto will require an authorization document.

Preparing for Shipment

The safety is of paramount importance. Hence, safety measures have to be in place.

• Have a mechanic examine for possible faults. Repair any mechanical problem.
• Wash the exterior and vacuum clean the inside.
• Check your tire pressure and look out for leaks.
• Check for cracks on your windshield, tail lights e.t.c
• Disconnect the batter.
• Remove all accessories and decorations from it.
• Remove loose items from it.
