The Jalopy Fest in Morris, IL is a true classic car show. Only ’72 and old customs and ’64 and older hot rods, motorcycles, and truck are allowed at the show—no ifs, and, or buts! All weekend long, the show will play host to vintage model cars of all types and the famous Grundy County-Mazon Speedway Hall of Fame will be showing thousands of historic photographs from the last 100+ years of racing. Come on out to one of the best classic car collections around!

Events: The Pin-Up Contest is the main event, which will take place at 1:30. That will be followed by the Rockabilly Music concert in the bad shelter. In the evening, the Voodoo Kings will be hosting another edition of their “Ring of Fire Flame Throwing Contest” which will be concluded by one of the largest bon fires that Illinois has ever seen! And as always, there will be a swap meet taking place during the event. Check out the event info page here.
Registration: Cars are $20 and spectators are $5 per day. Kids can attend the show for free.
Competition: In addition to restricting the event to only ’72 and older customs and ’64 and older hot rods, the classic cars can’t have billet, exposed IFS, exposed fuel injection, or non-traditional mag wheels. The pin-up contest will take place at 1:30, so much sure to enter your car before then!
