I rarely leave comments whenever I avail services from anyone. This one is an exception. I have been working as a supervisor in a supermarket here in Hawaii, and I’ve always reminded my staff to be at their best when they assist our customers.

This company provided the quality of service I was expecting and more. The moment I called them, somebody picked up the phone. I must admit I become agitated when I spend too much time on the phone. But, I only spent 5 minutes to book my details. I did not even have to repeat myself.

Another experience I will not forget is I did not even have to use a credit card to get reservation for the services since I told them I was having issues with it. Most transport companies would require that as an assurance, but it was an exception in my case.

I give them a big 10 out of 10 for delivering a great service, and I would recommend them to my friends and family for all the efforts they did!
