I bought a Dodge COE recently in Texas, so I was looking for a company to transport it to Mississippi. After putting a few ads, tens of companies called and spammed us with emails, but none of them were what we were looking for.

Each one seemed a bit off. The quote was either too big or suspiciously low; some were just unfriendly and unlikable, while others reeked of a scam. Finally, I told my sister about my situation and she recommended Joe’s company.

A1 Auto Transport met all our criteria. Joe has impeccable communication skills. He was friendly, explained the transport details, and gave us a bunch of options for our vehicle. These differed depending on the type of truck we wanted to use. We went with an open carrier in the end due to the lower price.

Finally, the truck arrived. It had an open trailer carrying 3 other vehicles. The driver explained they were all heading to Mississippi, so they wouldn’t delay our transport. I got my car back 3 days later, a bit earlier than they estimated. But hey, if you’re going to complain about faster service, then it’s not the company for you.
