Choose carefully

I contacted A1 Auto Transport in November of 2017 and scheduled for my car to be picked up on the 15^th or sooner if possible. Joe called me on the 8^th and said he could arrange for a truck to pick it up on 13^th. According to his calculations, it should have arrived at its destination in Texas within 4-6 days.

The company kept its word and my car was picked up on the 13^th. The driver followed procedure and inspected it before loading it. I offered him a tip and he refused.

To my surprise, he said he’d try to get the car to Texas in around 3 days, 4 maximum. On the morning of the 4^th day, it had arrived. My son got a call from them a day early notifying us of the arrival date and estimated time. At 3 pm, we got it back without a scratch.

I’ve heard lots of stories of “the dangers of auto shipping” and of numerous scams, but A1 Auto Transport proved to be different. There are still honest, capable, and professional companies out there. You just have to choose carefully.
