Who decides the winner?

Essays/articles shall be posted on our website with content attributed to the author and linked from this page, to be voted on by the A-1 Auto Transport Scholarship committee. The A-1 Auto Transport scholarship committee will be announcing the winners on our website on 25th July 2025. The winners will also be notified via email. Applications will be taken on a rolling basis.

How much is the scholarship?

Three awards worth $1,000, $500, and $250 will be awarded under the A-1 Auto Transport Scholarship every year. The scholarship will be sent directly to the school/university/college’s financial aid office.

Who is eligible?

Any current, full-time, part-time student of an accredited or non-accredited institute, truck driving school or other logistics program, must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 to become eligible. There is no requirement of minimum age.

How do I apply?

A minimum of a 1000-word essay/article that has NOT been published online anywhere else is required to be submitted for consideration for this scholarship. Send an email with your full name, contact information and the name of the school you will be attending as well as a link to your essay or article to [email protected]. Common conversation starters might include:

• vehicle shipping services
• moving cars overseas
• enclosed/covered auto transport
• door-to-door car transportation
• classic car transport services
• motorcycle moving
• TL & LTL freight transport
• State-to-state moving
• overseas moving
• etc.

Our comprehensive Privacy Policy ensures that every submission remains confidential and is exclusively utilized for the purposes of the scholarship evaluation by A1 Auto Transport. We guarantee that no third parties will have access to the personal and sensitive information provided during the application process. Following the submission deadline, our dedicated team will meticulously review all applications, and the winning applicant will be personally contacted. The scholarship award will then be directly disbursed to the financial aid office of the educational institution specified by the student. Additionally, we take extra precautions to secure the data and implement measures to prevent unauthorized access, ensuring that all applicant information is handled with the utmost care and integrity. We also provide clear avenues for applicants to inquire about the status of their application and understand how their data is being used, fostering transparency and trust in our scholarship program.
